One Big Surprise was an easy winner when we tipped her 9 days ago at Lingfield and she can defy a 7lbs hike in the weights because she is still eligible for class 6 handicaps.

Having been previously ridden by a young apprentice and an amateur the return of Shane Kelly made a massive difference. One Big Surprise doesn’t look the easiest of rides and you wouldn’t want to hit the front too soon but she has ability.

At Lingfield she ran an unadjusted speed rating of 64 and earned a Racing Post Rating of 72. Those bits of information suggest she is still ahead of her handicap mark and Richard Hughes knows how to get into the winner’s enclosure.
