Beverley Tips: Ingleby Star
Two-time course and distance winner and will enjoy the return to a stiff track.
Ingleby Star has a somewhat inconsistent profile but he is at his best at Beverley. In 11 starts at the track he has won twice and placed on a further three occasions.
Last time out at Catterick he couldn’t go the early gallop but stayed on well at the end to finish fourth. With the field more likely to come back to him on Beverley’s stiff track he looks overpriced.
