Arnold Palmer Invitational Tips: Justin Thomas
One of the brightest talents on tour and bounced back to form with a T10 last week.
The Valspar Championship reminded us of the young American talent in the game and although Justin Thomas is still searching for his first tour win, I don’t think it will be long before he is mentioned in the same breath as Jordan Spieth and Patrick Reed.
Thomas enjoyed a stellar collegiate career and he hasn’t taken long to work his way up the ranks, finishing fifth on the Web.com Tour money list last season.
The 21-year-old has seamlessly made the transition to the PGA Tour and already has four top-10s this season.
After a brief fallow period, he bounced back to form with a T10 at the Valspar Championship. A decent effort on a tight course, considering he isn’t the straightest of drivers. (158th in driving accuracy).
Thomas is making his first start at Bay Hill but 75/1 (Bet365) is a big price for a player of his talents.
