Arnold Palmer Invitational Tips: Bubba Watson

Finished T4 last year and was T3 going into the final round in 2011.

Having won on tour every year since 2010, Bubba Watson is the sort of player you can rely on finding the winner’s enclosure at least once per season.

With just under a month until he defends his Masters title, you can be certain Bubba has being putting in plenty of practise to peak for Augusta. Before we get ahead of ourselves, I think he could go well at Bay Hill.

In 2010, he was T3 going into the final round before a disappointing 78 dropped him to T24. He improved that result last year finishing T4 and should be suited to the course, which can be forgiving off the tee.

The big hitting 34-year-old arrives in good form with four top-20 finishes from five starts. He is available at a best price 33/1 but with Stan James paying an extra place take their 30/1 with ¼ odds for a top-6 finish.
