A draw suits neither side and QPR have been playing better than recent results suggest.
The Everton v QPR game is one of those occasions when a draw suits neither team. Everton need all three points to keep their top-4 ambitions alive, whereas QPR need them for survival.
With the draw discounted from the equation the options are either Everton at 9/20 (BetVictor) or QPR at 7/1 (Bet365). Of the two, the big price of an away win is more attractive.
QPR might be staring at the relegation trap door but their performances haven’t been that bad. Losses against Aston Villa and Fulham were both games they could, and should have won, whilst the draw against Wigan was a heartbreaker having played most of the game with 10-men.
David Moyes’s team are on a good run, but Everton are the sort of side to throw in a poor result when it is least expected; the FA Cup defeat against Wigan for example.
At 7/1 (Bet365) the value is on being bold and backing a QPR win.
