He ran a poor race on his last start, beaten 9 lengths when sent off at 11/4 but before that he’d shown a fair level of ability.
He finished third on his penultimate start, beaten 2 lengths but he travelled noticeably well behind a steady pace and ran the fastest closing sectional.
