Lingfield Tips: Sugar Boy
Recorded an eye-catching sectional when winning his maiden and has found a good opportunity on the all-weather.
Sugar Boy has been the subject of strong overnight support in the 3.35 Lingfield and the money looks well placed.
Two starts back, he won an ordinary maiden with a blistering sectional. After tracking a steady early pace, he motored home in 22.6s and anything below 23s for the final 2f at Wolverhampton is useful.
He could not translate that form to turf, when upped in grade at Newbury but he still ran respectably.
He returns to the all-weather this afternoon and although there are several unexposed horses in the line-uo, he is dropped in grade for this 0-80 handicap.
