Lingfield Tips: Prigsnov Dancer

Won on his first start for his new trainer and seemingly over his injury problems.

On paper Garry Woodward could claim one of the training performances of the year. After 12 months away from the track and without a win in over four years, Woodward managed to score on his first attempt with Prigsnov Dancer.

After his win at Wolverhampton the trainer put the marked improvement down to his chiropractor who treated the horse for a pelvis problem. Prigsnov Dancer was no more than a fair performer in his younger days but if he is back to full health, he could be well handicapped.

Luke Morris is a positive booking with the rider competing for the all-weather jockey’s title. In a race with a lack of pace, if he is bold he could make all on his rehabilitated steed. At 15/2 with Betfred he looks excellent value in the 2.50 Lingfield.
