Lingfield Tips: Lujeanie
Four of his rivals are out of sorts and the other doesn’t like Lingfield.
Sometimes races are straightforward and there is no need to over-complicate the 1.00 Lingfield.
Where’s Reiley and Lesley’s Choice are better over 5f, Unlimited is better over 7f and Desert Red just isn’t very good at any distance.
Noverre To Go is short in the betting but his record at Lingfield isn’t nearly as good as it is at Kempton. His best Racing Post Ratings at Kempton are 94 and 96 respectively, but he’s only mustered a best of 86 at Lingfield, and was well beaten on his last start here.
Lujeanie came out on top that day, dead-heating with Majuro and he looks the one to beat again. He consistently runs RPRs in the high 80s and nothing in the field can match that at Lingfield. At 5/4 (Boylesports) I’d be very surprised if he was beaten.
