Lingfield Tips: Exotic Isle
Last time out she finished third in an above average handicap for the grade, with the first two home scoring on their next start.
There should be plenty of pace in the 2.35 Lingfield with Powerful Wind and Royal Bajan in the field. I’m expecting the race to be set up for a closer and Exotic Isle fits the bill.
Last time out she finished third in a Wolverhampton handicap that looked strong for the grade - the winner and the runner-up both won their next starts - and the trio pulled two lengths clear of the fourth horse and seven lengths clear of the horse in fifth.
The pace was strong and the time was good, making the form watertight. In the care of a trainer who excels on the all-weather, Exotic Isle should go close at 5/1 (Stan James).
