Lingfield Tips: Estonia
Has an excellent record at the track and should have the race run to suit.
It is a much better day’s racing and we can quickly get back on the profit trail in the 3.00 at Lingfield.
Despite the small field, Triple Dream and Mandy’s Hero should ensure a decent gallop. This could set up the race for Estonia who has a terrific record at Lingfield. Her results over 5f read 11231527 and she has never been beaten by more than two lengths.
She won twice in November and although she has lost since, there were excuses. A false start at Kempton rather messed up the race and a poor run at Wolverhampton was expected, it is a track she has never raced well on.
Trainer Michael Squance thinks there is more to come and in the summer we saw a glimpse of her potential. She finished a close fourth in a class 3 handicap at Goodwood, recording an excellent speed figure and the form looks solid. She is slightly injury prone but should get stronger as she gets older, allowing her to return to that high level more frequently. At 6/1 with Betfred she looks the best bet in the race.
