Lingfield Tips: Chjimes
11-time course winner, in good form and has found a weak race.
The 4.00 Lingfield is a weak looking race filled with horses that struggle to win - Chjimes is not one of them. He has won 11 times at Lingfield, which makes him something of a course specialist.
Six furlongs is his trip and he has run some good races in the Blue Square sprint series - contests that are considerably stronger than these weekday handicaps. He looked slightly unlucky two runs ago, when hampered at a crucial stage of the race, but stayed on well to finish fourth.
At 4/1 with Betfred he looks a solid bet in a run-of-the-mill contest.
