Lingfield Tip: Towy Boy

A revelation since dropped to the minimum distance.

Towy Boy seems overpriced in the 3.30 at Lingfield. Since being dropped to the minimum trip, his record in class six all weather races is: 1312. The third place finish was when racing from a terrible draw at Wolverhampton and the other race he lost on a head-bob.

There are also question marks over the horses at the head of the market. Estonia seems to have lost form, and can often finish lame in her races. Jimmy Ryan has bad legs and hasn’t won since 2004. Whilst My Love Fajer is a 15-race maiden.

You can ignore Towy Boy’s turf form as he hates the stuff. At 8/1 he looks a good bet. Judging by the market, his price is on the drift so I advise backing him with a bookmaker that offers best odds guaranteed.
