The 15.10 at Lingfield is a cracking Listed sprint. With so few races of this calibre on the all weather most of these have faced each other already. When they did on the 20th November, Hitchens travelled all over them to win by a length.
A top sprint handicapper, from an excellent yard he has everything going for him. He likes to sit jut behind a strong pace, which he should get today.
His biggest challenger is the Irish raider, Duff. His record of one win and a short head second over course and distance reads well, but he probably isn’t quite good enough to win this. Those looking to be bold and fill the tricast should look no further than the consistent Five Star Junior who loves this track.
