Lingfield All Weather Tip

This all weather veteran is in good form and down to a feasible handicap mark.

The 3.40 at Lingfield is a decent little race for the grade, contested by some of the better all weather sprinters. The best of the lot is Ebraam. Campaigned mainly in claimers this winter he has dropped to a mark where he is capable of winning a handicap.

Versatile regards trip, he has run well over both five and six furlongs in his last two runs at Kempton so the five today should be no problem. With Sir Geoffrey and Feelin Foxy in the field we should get the race run at a fair clip setting it up for closers like Ebraam.

There was also a lot to like about his last run, given a terrible draw in box three, Ebraam was forced wide for the bend. Then when looking to unwind down the straight he got checked allowing Clear Praise to get first run on him. When he finally got clear the winner had flown but Ebraam stayed on well to finish third, the only horse making any headway on the smart winner Clear Praise.

The Harris yard are in flying form with 4 wins from 14 runners this month and it will be great if Ebraam could continue the run.
