Cincinnati Kit Can Cause Shock At 50/1
Progressive last year winning five races, including a decent handicap at Newmarket in a fast time.
On official ratings, Cincinnati Kit has no chance in the 7.00 Bath but races aren’t run on paper and she has more ability than people give her credit.
Last year she won five out of eight starts and looked a deeply progressive individual. She finished the season on a low note when well beaten in a Listed race at Chester but I suspect she suffered an injury as we didn’t see her again.
The one bit of form that leads me to believe in her ability was her victory at Newmarket. She absolutely tanked along behind a set of useful sprint handicappers before quickening well to win by half a length.
She recorded a fast time that day but appeared to have more in reserve as she crossed the line.
A strongly run 5f on quick ground are ideal and beyond the favourite this is a wide open race. At 50/1 (BetVictor) she is worth the chance.
