Chelmsford Tips: Ennaadd
Unlucky to bump into the smart Von Blucher. Adjusted speed rating of 89 is usually good enough to win a maiden.
Usually backing odds-on shots isn’t my cup of tea but when such a good horse as Ennaadd comes along it’s hard to avoid.
Last time out he was extremely unlucky to bump into the smart Von Blucher but pulled 8-lenghts clear of the third placed horse to cement his form.
Roger Varian’s two-year-old ran a rapid 22.22s closing sectional at Lingfield and an already good speed ratings is adjusted to 89.
That is usually good enough to win a maiden like the 5.25 Chelmsford. The only danger is Jufn who would have to do something special on debut to beat the favourite.
