Not beaten by more than 4.25 lengths in seven starts this year and been running in a higher grade.
Hadaj has acquitted himself well in some strong handicaps this season and the slight ease in grade can seem his strike in the 3.00 Carlisle.
In seven starts this year, Hadaj is yet to finish in the bottom half of the field and hasn’t been beaten by more than 4.25 lengths.
The 5-year-old ran especially well in a big handicap at Newmarket on Guineas weekend, finishing fifth.
He takes a drop in trip this afternoon but has won over a stiff 5f at Beverley, therefore he should cope with conditions. At 13/2 (BetVictor) he is the stand-out bet.
