Brighton Tip: Multigifted

Brighton Tip: Multigifted

Ignore her run at Kempton when the saddle slipped. Previously ran well at Windsor when not getting the clearest of passages.

Disaster struck early on at Kempton when we tipped Multigifted, the saddle slipped shortly after the start and we can draw a line through the run.

Apart from that piece of bad luck everything I wrote that day still stands. Like her brother Multitask she is getting better with racing and ran close to a career best when third at Windsor.

Held -up behind a steady pace, she was making good progress from the rear when forced to switch around horses. Her closing sectional was only 0.08s slower than the winner Tom’s Rock, who franked the form by running well at Yarmouth on Monday.

Multitask has won his last two races at Brighton and the seaside track should also suit Multigifted and her late closing style. Jim Crowley is another positive, he is riding out of his skin at the moment and has an excellent 24% strike rate at the track.

The 3.40 Brighton is an excellent opportunity to get our money back after the bad luck at Kempton.
