Kempton Tips: New Rich
Been knocking on the door all winter and Kempton’s long straight works in his favour.
New Rich is going to pick up a 6f class 6 contest very soon, let’s just hope it happens soon before we lose too much money following him.
He’s consistently run good overall time and fast closing sectionals without much going his way. On a couple of occasions, he’s been undone by a steady early gallop and also bumped into the well handicapped Born To Finish when last racing at Kempton.
A return to the Sunbury track is in his favour because the long home-straight gives him a chance to reel in the leaders. He is a four-time course and distance winner and although stall 11 could be tricky, he usually comes from behind to win his races.
