The 2.20 Bath should be run at a strong gallop, favouring those held-up off the pace. When this scenario unfolds, the centre of the track is usually the place to be, favouring horses drawn high.
In stall 15, Emiratesdotcom should have the race run to suit. Twice a previous course and distance winner, he has dropped to a mark that allows him to sneak into this class 5 handicap with the top weight. This could make all the difference as he’s spent most of the season plying his trade in tougher class 4 contests.
On his last start he ran a good race to finish 4th at Folkestone despite racing from the worst draw. After making a strong mid-race move his stamina gave way in the final furlong. Dropped back in trip he should be able to finish his race much stronger. At 10/1 (Bet365) he is the value in the race.
