Everton v Wigan Tip: Victor Anichebe
Has the best strike rate in the Everton side and confidence boosted by a goal at West Ham.
The Everton v Wigan game on Boxing Day should be a real treat for the fans. The Toffees have only failed to score once in the league, where as Wigan have kept only two clean sheets. An Everton goal is almost guaranteed and that is already built into the betting, however the bookmakers have made a mistake on the most likely scorer.
Everton’s top scorer Marouane Fellaini is banned for the match therefore the bookmakers have installed Nikica Jelavic as favourite in the anytime goal scorer market, closely followed by Kevin Mirallas. Considering their strike rates this season, they look poor value.

The 24-year-old marked his recall to the starting XI with a goal and with Everton one of the most free-scoring sides in the league, he looks excellent value to score anytime at 19/10 (BetVictor).
