Everton v Norwich Tip
The Canaries have conceded just one goal in five PL matches for a remarkable turnaround of form.
Something quite unexpected has happened over the past month - Norwich City are beating big teams, and are doing so with clean sheets aplenty. Arsenal and Manchester United have both left with their tails between their legs on a run of four consecutive home wins at Carrow Road in all competitions.
On the face of it, the 7/1 (Betfred) available on another Canaries victory looks very generous. However, there’s a big difference between home and away form with these sides. Everton are unbeaten in nine league outings at Goodison Park (W7 D2) while Norwich are still without a win on their travels (D3 L3) in 2012-13.
Instead, the bet of choice is to back under 2.5 goals in the match at top odds of 13/10 with BetVictor. This would have been a winning bet in all of Norwich’s last five top flight matches and in 9 of 12 in total. That would suggest that anything better than evens money is excellent value.
The Toffees are obviously favourites but the East Anglians may make this a tight encounter after a remarkable four clean sheets in their last five league fixtures.
