Yarmouth Tips: Peace Seeker
Won his last two starts at 5f, the latest achieved in a quick time.
I was mightily impressed by Peace Seeker’s win three weeks ago and I expect another bold showing in the 5.30 Yarmouth. He was well backed at Newmarket and rewarded connections with a pleasing display and a fast time.
In comparisons per furlong, Peace Seeker’s victory was only 0.11s per furlong slower than Tropics’ win in a Listed sprint earlier on the card . My sectional timings suggest both races were run at an even pace; therefore we must take Peace Seeker’s time at face value.
It could be he’s much improved by racing at 5f (won last two starts over the trip) and if that’s the case he could run well again at 7/2 (Boylesports).
