Yarmouth Tip: Greyfriarschorista
Ran a cracker on his first attempt at sprinting. Mark Johnston looks to have found is ideal trip.
A runner in the 2,000 Guineas, Greyfriarschorista can pick up the sprint in the 3.15 at Yarmouth. Once rated in the hundreds, a drop back in trip could be the key to this horse. After finishing third in his first attempt at sprinting, it is no surprise to see him tackling the distance again.
At Hamilton he cut out the running, finishing a close third in a good time. His fellow pacesetter Red Cape won at the weekend, and the overall form of the race looks strong. Still unexposed at the trip, he could improve on that run.
