Wolverhampton Tips: Yungaburra
Course and distance specialist, with 6 wins from 15 starts. Good second behind a progressive sprinter on his last visit.
Yungaburra did nothing wrong when I tipped him a fortnight ago, he just ran into a horse on the upgrade. The horse that beat him, Hab Reeh, has won again since.
In this grade, Yungaburra (3.20 Wolverhampton) is always of interest given his record over course and distance. In 15 starts, he’s won 6 times and placed on a further four occasions.
Stall 11 isn’t the greatest starting gate, but considering he needs to be held up it shouldn’t be too much of a disadvantage. With plenty of pace in the contest expect him to finish late and fast. At 9/1 (Bet365) he is the value in the race.
