Wolverhampton Tips: Medam

Won last two starts over course and distance, whilst rivals struggle to win under any conditions.

The 5.45 Wolverhampton is low-grade racing but there is one shining light in the field – Medam.

He seems to be developing into a Wolverhampton specialist, as his sprint record at the track is 151. His one defeat coming over 5f, whilst both victories were over today’s trip of 6f.

To put that into context, he’s won more races over today’s course and distance than nine of the runners have won in their entire careers! Granted some of those runners are only 3-year-olds but they’ve barely shown anything on the track to date.

At 9/4 (William Hill) he’s a touch on the short side but there’s nothing to worry him in the line-up.
