Wolverhampton Tips: Fred Willetts

Previously a useful 3-year-old who returns to sprinting for the first time under his new trainer.

Fred Willetts is having his third run for Mark Brisbourne in the 8.50 Wolverhampton but the first over his optimum trip over 6f. Last time out he ran over 9f and therefore his defeat is easily forgotten.

Previously he showed bright early speed to lead a 7f race before tiring in the home straight, it was an eye-catching run that suggested he was coming into form.

As a 3-year-old he beat some useful sprint handicappers and if returning to that level he could spring a surprise at 20/1 (Betfred)
