Wolverhampton Tips: Ebraam
Returns to his optimum trip and well capable of carrying big weights to victory.
Ebraam might not be able to run up to his handicap mark any more but he can certainly win a small claimer or seller like the 3.10 Wolverhampton.
He has lost both races he has started in 2012 but he had excuses each time. His first run was after a long break and for such a big horse he probably wasn’t at his sharpest that day. In his next race he was caught flatfooted when dropped to five furlongs. The minimum distance has never been ideal for Ebraam and at nine-years-old it suits him even less.
Returned to six furlongs I’m expecting a big run from the horse. Most of the field are carrying the maximum weight of 9st 13lbs but Ebraam is physically the biggest and therefore least affected by the welterweight. At 4/1 with BetVictor he is the best bet in the race.
