Wolverhampton Tips: Ebraam

Comes out best at the weights and simply a better horse than the opposition.

Ebraam should have too much class for his opposition in the 6.00 at Wolverhampton.

At nine years of age, he is not the force of old but he did manage to pick up a couple of class four handicaps in 2011, suggesting ability remains. A drop into selling company shouldn’t be seen as a negative. His handicap mark of 88 is beyond him nowadays and he was bought specifically to mop up these kinds of contests.

Six furlongs is his optimal trip and Wolverhampton his best track. The only small negative is his 152-day break, but he has won off a long lay-off in the past. None of his rivals should worry him unduly and I make him a 6/4 chance, therefore the 2/1 with Bet365 is a value bet.
