Wolverhampton Tip: Mr Emirati
A 100% record over course and distance. A return to his favoured conditions should suit this 8/1 shot.
Bryan Smart is having an excellent all weather season and I expect Mr Emirati to continue the run in the 6.00 at Wolverhampton.
This lightly raced four year old won his maiden over course and distance back in November but has since been tried over a mile, never quite getting the trip. His last run was in a better race at Southwell and although beaten by six lengths, winning distance can be exaggerated on the Fibresand.
Twice he has been beaten by the Kevin Ryan horse - Steed, but there is no shame in that. Steed has now won five races in a row and will probably end up being a 90 rated horse. On that form line alone Mr Emirati should be favourite today not 8/1.
