Wolverhampton Betting Tip: Desert Strike
He has won his last two over the minimum distance and should strike again.
The 14.30 at Wolverhampton should be a race with plenty of pace. Island Legend, Six Wives, Incomparable and Jigajig all like to front run and could set it up for a horse off the pace.
None come into the race in better form that Desert Strike. Two wins from his last two five furlong starts is impressive. Last time he forged clear without the jockey even going for his whip.
Stall 10 is a poor draw but the 6/1 offer is ample compensation. His jockey, Shane Kelly is having his best ever start to a season and if he can get a decent position early on he is the one to beat.
