Torres To Score At Kempton
Showed an impressive turn of foot to win a race many horses would have lost.
The 8.00 Kempton is a strong handicap with several course specialists. Earlsmedic has never been outside the top three over course and distance but he might find one too good in the shape of Torres Del Paine.
A winner of his last two starts, he is in the sort of form his footballing namesake can only dream of. I was particularly impressed with his win on 22 January. He was badly hampered in the straight but managed to make up five lengths in the final furlong. He showed the turn of foot only very good horses possess, marking him out as one to follow.
At 5/1 with Blue Square he is an exciting prospect you want on your side.
