Newmarket Tips: Canyari
Comfortably won his maiden and the horses he beat have racked up three wins from four starts.
A case could be made for several in the 2.10 Newmarket with plenty of promising horses but at the prices I’m most taken by Canyari.
The only form to his name is victory in a three-runner maiden but he beat two useful horses.
Five lengths behind in second place was Legend Rising, who went on to win his next two races and improve his Racing Post Rating by 22lbs.
Ten lengths behind in third place was Howz The Family, who won his next start at Ripon improving his RPR by 20lbs.
The form of Canyari’s win is strong and if he also improves by 20lbs, then he would be a 100+ rated horse. That would be good enough to take a hand in this calibre of race.
