Newbury Tips: Music Master
Had setbacks this season but not beaten far in the Diamond Jubilee and didn’t have a great draw.
The majority of the field for the 3.15 Newbury have struggled to win at the very top level but Music Master has come closer than most.
He was beaten only 2.75 lengths in the Diamond Jubilee despite being marooned near the stand’s rail from an unfavourable draw.
The 4-year-old started the season in good form but suffered an injury prior to his run at Windsor, which explains why he trailed in sixth despite being sent off favourite.
He should have come on for his Ascot performance but in reality he doesn’t need to improve much to win.
