Kempton Tips: Ubetterbegood
Won this race last year and looks an all-weather specialist having struggled on turf.
It is rare to see an Argentinean horse on these shores but Robert Cowell acquired a useful sprinter in the shape of Ubetterbegood.
In five starts on grass this summer, he never finished higher than ninth but having raced exclusively on an artificial surface in Argentina a return to the all-weather makes perfect sense.
Ubetterbegood was a shock 25/1 winner of this race last year but there was nothing fluky about his victory; it came in a strongly run contest against good opposition.
Still reasonably handicapped after his struggles on turf, this all-weather specialist could be set for a productive winter. The 4.50 Kempton is the obvious place to start and he is a good bet at 11/2 (Bet365).
