Kempton Tips: Twice Red
Second over course and distance a month ago and has been running consistently well.
Twice Red has looked a winner in waiting for a while now and can finally bag that victory in the 8.30 Kempton.
Formerly with Derek Shaw, he is having his first run for Mandy Rowland and judging by his tweet, Mr Shaw wasn’t happy at losing him, “Yard’s gutted that Twice Red has been sold to M Rowlands just as we had done all the work and he is on a winning mark but hey that’s racing”
Obviously, twitter isn’t the most reliable source of insider information, but the form book agrees with the sentiments.
Twice Red ran a cracker from a hopeless position to finish third at Southwell last time out. Before that, he finished second over course and distance at Kempton, when Amazing Win got first run on him.
Off a fair handicap mark and in good form, he is going to win one of these races soon. At 13/2 (Paddy Power) I’m betting it’s tonight.
