Kempton Tips: Sunbaked

Sunbaked was desperately unlucky last time at Kempton and granted a clear passage she should win the 2.50 contest.

From a wide draw she was forced to weave her way through the pack, despite the horses in front not stopping.

She got caught on the heels of the leader when throwing down a challenge in the final furlong and that probably made the difference in a ¼ length defeat.

She ran the fastest closing sectional by 0.6s and her adjusted speed rating of 59 should be good enough to win in this grade.

A drop to 6f isn’t a huge inconvenience and she is a good bet at 5/2 (Paddy Power).
