Kempton Tips: Dream Catcher

Quick ground this summer has been no use to him. Switch to the all-weather should see him improve on recent performances.

Whilst the British public have enjoyed a dry summer, connections of Dream Catcher must have been cursing the weather. Four of his six wins have come on soft ground and he is simply a better horse with cut.

His last three runs on quick ground can therefore be forgiven and Henry Candy has taken the sensible move to find an all-weather race instead.

Dream Catcher has been beaten by no more than 2.5 lengths on his last two starts at Kempton, both in a higher grade. Having dropped down to a handicap mark in the 60s and with first time blinkers, he might be too good for this moderate field at 9/1 (Bet365).
