Kempton Tips: Alnoomaas
Won his last three 6f starts at Kempton and back up in trip after lacking the pace for 5f.
Alnoomaas ran a bit of a stinker last time I backed him. I thought he would have the pace for 5f but I was wrong. He never got to the front and was posted wide throughout the race. It is a run best ignored.
In the 6.30 Kempton, he reverts to 6f and must have an excellent chance. He has won his last three starts over course and distance and the way he was backed last time out suggests there is more to come.
In a race with very little pace he should be able to get an easy lead from stall 7 and looks overpriced at 8/1 (William Hill).
