Indulged At Ripon

The 540 Nottingham (6 May) was an above average maiden and it provided us with an easy winner in the shape of Sharaaoh who romped home at Newcastle by 6 lengths.

Indulged finished a length further behind in fourth place at Nottingham but can be rated alongside Sharaaoh and should be winning soon.

James Fanshawe’s filly was too far back in a steadily run race (109.2% finishing speed) that turned into a sprint. However, she clocked the fastest closing sectional and earned an adjusted speed rating of 80, an impressive feat on debut.

She should improve from that outing and it will take a very good horse to beat her in the 8.30 Ripon.
