Brighton Tips: Noverre To Go

Brighton Tips: Noverre To Go

Last three wins have come at Brighton and crying out for a return to 6f after finishing strongly over the minimum trip at Chepstow last time.

Noverre To Go’s last three wins have come at Brighton and down to his last winning mark, he can win the 5.35 contest.

The 10-year-old is nowhere near as good as he once was but the handicapper has been lenient and we only have to go back four starts to find his last win.

Two starts back he finished last in the Brighton Bullet but he was used as the sacrificial lamb for stable companion Vincentti and was never good enough to win a class 4 handicap anyway.

Last time out we saw a more accurate representation of his form when a close fourth at Chepstow. He found 5f too sharp (almost all his wins have come at 6f) but he ran the fastest closing sectional and should be better for a step up in trip.

In defeat, he earned an adjusted speed rating of 68 and racing off a mark of 60 suggests he is well handicapped. Stall 12 might seem problematic but there isn’t a draw bias over 6f at Brighton and Tom Marquand in the saddle is another bonus.
