Age No Barrier For Seek The Fair Land
Travelled strongly last time and clocked the fastest closing sectional but let the leaders get away from him over a shorter trip.
Seek The Fair Land’s recent wins have come in plating company but they way he’s been running recently he could sneak a handicap.
The 2.50 Wolverhampton isn’t the strongest race for the grade and the 10-year-old has a big chance judged on his last run.
Held up in rear, he let the leaders get away over 6f (most of his winning at 7f) and wasn’t able to reel them in despite clocking the fastest closing sectional.
Three starts back he was a comfortable winner of a seller and his speed ratings suggest he is good enough to win a class 5 contest.
Seek The Fair Land has won 13 times on the all-weather and this consistent performer still has a few wins left in him at 13/2 (Skybet).
