West Ham Eased In Relegation Betting

West Ham are now even money shots to be relegated after a home win over Liverpool on Sunday evening.

In a relegation betting market that is starting to resemble a carousel, West Ham finished the day on the up. A 3-1 win over Liverpool, lifts them up to 18th position level on points with Wolves. The Hammers are now as big as evens with Coral to be relegated, having been as short as 1/2 for the drop before the game.

Six points cover the bottom eleven places and teams such as Fulham and Blackburn, who had looked safe, are getting dragged back down. At 6/1 for relegation, Steve Kean’s men are currently the worst form team in the Premier League with only four points taken from their last six games.

Fellow strugglers West Brom take on Stoke at the Brittania on Monday night, so expect more ups and downs on this seemingly never ending relegation ride.
