Ronald Koeman is said to enjoy a frosty relationship with his compatriot but he might have the last laugh on Monday.
Reports of Manchester United’s revival have arguably been exaggerated as much as Southampton’s decline so we can take the hosts to win 1-0 at a best price of 9/1 knowing we are getting some value at the very least.

It’s hard to escape the conclusion that luck has played a huge part in United’s improved results but even now they have only taken six points on their travels. Compare that to the Saints who have claimed 16pts at St Mary’s Stadium, scoring 17 and only conceding four in the process.
Defeats to Man City and Arsenal, the second an unlucky one, do not constitute a crisis for Ronald Koeman and he can prove the point by outwitting his compatriot on Monday night.
