Man City v Watford Tip

With four goals in his last two starts, this Czech international could cause a scare.

Manchester City have been anything but impressive away from the Premier League this season after failing to win any of six Champions League games and crashing out to Aston Villa at the entry point for the League Cup.

Admittedly, Watford are not exactly Real Madrid, but they are good enough to cause the odd scare if the millionaires at the Etihad get complacent. Sat sixth in the Championship, the Hornets have one man in particular who must be champing at the bit.

Matej Vydra has scored four goals in his last two starts for Gianfranco Zola and 12 goals in total in 2012-13. The Czech international arrived at Vicarage Road on loan from Udinese and has taken to English football with a bang.

The 20-year-old almost single-handedly destroyed Forest and Brighton with a pair of braces over Christmas before Zola left him on the bench against Charlton. Now refreshed, Vydra looks like a shrewd bet at best odds of 5/1 (Ladbrokes) in the anytime goalscorer market.
