Southwell Tips: Mappin Time
Twice a runner up at Southwell and races off a career low mark.
Mappin Time can be a frustrating individual and having backed him several times this year I’m in danger of following him over a cliff but at a decent price he is worth a small investment in the 3.30 Southwell.
Crucially he has good fibresand form, having finished second twice at the track, and racing off a career low mark this is the type of race he can win.
Mappin Time was comfortably running to a mark in the mid-80s earlier in the year, and although his form has tailed off since poor draws at Chester and Wolverhampton have partly been to blame.
