Southwell Racing Tip: Where's Reiley

This fast finishing sort will relish the strong pace in the race.

It will be a surprise if the pace holds up in the 2.10 at Southwell given the amount of front runners. There are at least six horses in the field who like to lead and they tend to go too fast over the straight five at Southwell.

Where’s Reiley is a horse who loves to come from off the pace. He racked up four wins over course and distance last year and he looks ready to strike again.

A quirky individual, he often looks all at sea in his races before staying on very strongly. He needs the field to come back to him and tire, something that happens less over six furlongs, hence his appalling record over the trip.

He is drawn well in stall six, with pace all around him; he will be finishing fast and hopefully first.

*UPDATE* Because the starting price (SP 4/1) was bigger than the price we took (7/2), Bet365 paid out on the bigger SP under their Best Odds Guaranteed Promotion.

Best Odds Guaranteed (BOG) = If the SP is bigger than the odds you take, the bookmaker will pay you out at the bigger price.
