Didn’t enjoy much luck during the summer but showed plenty of speed on her return from a 3-month break and a previous course winner.
Mambo Fever showed plenty of speed on her first start in three months and only got worn down late on after setting a strong pace.
She should strip fitter for the run and combined with a drop in trip, she looks the one to beat in the 12.50 Southwell.
During the summer she ran several speed ratings good enough to win a class 6 handicap and just a bit of bad luck has prevented her from adding to her maiden win.
