Beacon Tarn Can Keep 100% Record at Southwell
2/2 over course and distance and recorded some fast times which suggest she can cope with a step up in grade.
Beacon Tarn has a tricky draw in stall 10 but if she can manoeuvre herself to the centre of the track, she can win the 3.25 Southwell.
She is now 2/2 over course and distance and stopped the clock at an impressive 58.17s on her maiden victory.
Last time out she again recorded a fast time for the grade, winning a class 6 handicap by 4.5 lengths. It should be noted the actual time was not as impressive (60.16s) but the track was riding quite slow.
Rated just 72, she is comfortably ahead of the handicapper on the fibresand and she reminds me of another sprint course specialist - Even Stevens.
